酵母微量 提升蛋品品質

摘要:試驗旨(zhi)在研究飼料中添加希爾紅對老齡(ling)蛋雞生產(chan)性能及雞蛋品質的影響。選擇300日齡的(de)海蘭褐(he)蛋雞 288 只,隨機分(fen)為4組,每組設(she)6個(ge)重(zhong)復(fu)(fu),每個(ge)重(zhong)復(fu)(fu)12只(zhi)雞,本試驗(yan)采(cai)用(yong)4種日糧,處理1T1)采用玉(yu)米-豆粕(po)基礎日糧(liang),T2T3T4分(fen)別采(cai)用基礎(chu)日糧添加700,800900 mg/kg希爾紅,進(jin)行為期4周(zhou)的飼養試驗,檢測(ce)添加希(xi)爾(er)紅后老齡(ling)蛋(dan)雞生產性能和蛋(dan)品(pin)質情況。 結果表明(ming):不(bu)同添(tian)加濃(nong)度(du)的(de)希爾紅對(dui)老齡蛋(dan)雞的(de)生產性能(neng)有明(ming)顯提高。希爾紅的(de)添(tian)加量和飼(si)喂時間(jian)同時影響著蛋(dan)品(pin)質。添(tian)加希爾紅后在(zai)28d時,T3試驗組(zu)的(de)平均蛋重顯(xian)著高于其他組(zu)(                                               );添加希爾(er)紅對蛋形指數無顯著影響();添加希(xi)爾紅后,各試驗(yan)組(zu)蛋殼厚度(du)顯著增厚()且(qie)蛋(dan)殼強度均顯著的提高(gao)(),其中,T3試驗(yan)組效果最佳;希爾紅(hong)對哈氏(shi)單位和蛋黃重的(de)作用需要時間的(de)積(ji)累,在28d時,T3試驗組哈氏單位和(he)蛋(dan)黃重發生(sheng)顯(xian)著(zhu)提高();添加(jia)希爾紅蛋黃比例無(wu)顯(xian)著(zhu)影響()。結果(guo)說明,老齡(ling)蛋雞在產蛋后期(qi),生(sheng)產性能和(he)蛋品質(zhi)逐漸降(jiang)低,添加希爾(er)紅對生(sheng)產性能和(he)蛋品質(zhi)有顯著(zhu)的(de)提高作用,其中,添加800mg/kg效果最好。

Effect of Shellhuge on production performance and egg quality of aged layer hens

[Abstract] This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of Shellhuge on production performance and egg quality of aged layer hens. A total of 288 laying hens at 300 days of age were allotted to 4 groupseach of which included 6 repeats, each with 12 hens. There were 4 diets in this experimentthe treatment 1T1fed with the corn-soybean meal basal dietthe T2 ,T3 and T4 fed with the basal diets addition of 700,800 and 900 mg/kg Shellhugerespectively. Feeding trials for 4 weeks to detect the production performance and egg quality of old layer after adding Shellhuge. Results showed that the production performance of old layer was obviously improved by adding different concentration of Shellhuge. The addition amount and feeding time of Shellhuge also affected the quality of eggs.

After the addition of Shellhuge, the average egg weight of T3 was significantly higher than that of the other groups at 28d ().The addition of Shellhuge have no significant effect on the egg shape index ();After adding Shellhuge, the eggshell thickness of each experimental group significantly increased () and the eggshell strength significantly increased (), among them, the T3 was the best. It takes time to accumulate the effect of Shellhuge on Haugh Unit and yolk weight. At 28d, Haugh Unit and yolk weight in the three groups significantly increased ().The addition of Shellhuge have no significant effect on the egg yolk percentage ().The results showed that the production performance and egg quality of the old layer gradually decreased in the later stage of egg production, and the production performance and egg quality were significantly improved by adding Shellhuge, of which T3 was the best.
